I'm Hazel Brown and I'm helping people like you manage and resolve anxiety-related problems.

My move to psychotherapy was the result of  professional, and personal, experience of the debilitating effects of stress, anxiety and depression.


I understand only too well how difficult it is to admit that what's going on at home or work is overwhelming and distressing.


And, how shame and fear of looking ineffectual, weak or even feeling like you're going crazy can stop you approaching your employer, workmates, friends or family.


Particularly when they are the cause of your issues!
